How to Connect Vapi as Data Source

The integration lets you load completed calls from Vapi into ApiX-Drive and transfer them to other systems. Each call can include its status, timestamps, duration, transcript, recording URL, AI summary, cost, and customer details.
Let's go through the entire Vapi setup together!
Navigation:
1. Select the Vapi action
2. Connect your Vapi account
3. Configure call loading
4. Check the test data
Create a new connection in ApiX-Drive and select Vapi as the Data Source system.
Select the action Get Calls (new) and click "Continue".
Get Calls (new) loads calls after they reach the ended status. This ensures that final call data such as the transcript, recording, summary, duration, cost, and ended reason is already available.
Select an active Vapi account. If no account is connected, click Connect account or New access.
Enter a recognizable account name and paste your Vapi Private API Key into the Token field. You can copy the key in the Vapi dashboard under Organization → API Keys. Save the account, select it from the active accounts list, and click "Continue".
Select the Vapi assistant whose completed calls should be loaded. You can also select a phone number to narrow the results. If no phone number is selected, calls for the selected assistant are loaded. Then click "Continue".
If necessary, configure a Data Filter. Otherwise, click "Continue" to skip this step.
ApiX-Drive will display test data for a completed Vapi call. If the data does not load automatically, click the button to load test data from Vapi. Check the Call ID, Status, Started At, Ended At, Duration Seconds, Ended Reason, Transcript, Recording URL, Analysis Summary, Cost, Assistant, and customer fields. Optional customer fields may be empty when the selected call does not contain them.
If the data is correct, click "Continue".
The Vapi Data Source setup is complete. Next, add and configure a Data Destination system. Enable automatic updates only after the entire connection is configured and tested.
