4. An example of completed call data.
To start setup click "Create connection".
Select a system as the Data Source. In this case, you need to specify Vapi.
Next, you need to specify the action "Get Calls (new)" - ApiX-Drive will get all new completed calls from Vapi and transfer them to the selected Data Destination system.
The next step is to select the Vapi account from which ApiX-Drive will get completed calls.
If there are no accounts connected to the system, click "Connect account".
Next, you need to enter the value, where:
Token - the Private API Key for connecting your Vapi account.
To get the Private API Key, open your Vapi account and go to "Organization" → "API Keys". Copy the Private Key and paste it into the appropriate field in your ApiX-Drive account.
Once the connected account appears in the list of active accounts, select it for further work and click "Continue".
At this point, select the Vapi assistant whose completed calls you want to get. You can also select a phone number to limit the results. If no phone number is selected, calls for the selected assistant will be loaded. Then click "Continue".
If necessary, you can set up a Data Filter, or click "Continue" to skip this step.
