ApiX-Drive · Help Center
Use this integration to receive data for newly completed Vapi calls and send it to other services automatically. For example, you can transfer call details, transcripts, recordings, and summaries to your CRM, Google Sheets, or a messenger. This helps your team process calls faster and reduces manual work.

3. How do I select an assistant and phone number?
4. How do I check the test data?
Follow the steps below to create the Data Source connection.
In your ApiX-Drive account, click "Create connection".
For the Data Source, select Vapi.
Step 1. Select the data to receive
Select the action "Get Calls (new)". ApiX-Drive will retrieve each newly completed call from Vapi and make its data available to the Data Destination.
Step 2. Connect your Vapi account
Select the Vapi account you want to use. If the account is not in the list, click "Connect account".
Enter the following value:
Token — the Private API Key for your Vapi account.
To find the Private API Key, open your Vapi account and go to "Organization" → "API Keys". Copy the Private Key and paste it into the Token field in ApiX-Drive.
Return to ApiX-Drive. When the connected account appears in the list, select it and click "Continue".
Step 3. Select an assistant and phone number
Select the Vapi assistant whose completed calls you want to receive. You can also select a phone number to limit the results. If you leave the phone number empty, ApiX-Drive will load calls for the selected assistant. Then click "Continue".
If needed, configure a Data Filter. Otherwise, click "Continue" to skip this step.
For more information, see the Data Filter setup guide.
Step 4. Check the test data
ApiX-Drive will display test data from one completed Vapi call.
To request a newer example, click "Load test data from Vapi".
To revise the previous settings, click "Edit".
If the test data is suitable, click "Next".
The Vapi Data Source is ready.
You can now set up the Data Destination. Configure it yourself, or open the "Data Destination" help section, select the service you need, and follow its setup instructions.
Good luck!
